It’s possible that the slats have become warped or even damaged over time. In any situation, this results in insufficient support for both you and your mattress.
POOR SLEEP
You may not notice any apparent problems with the bed frame, yet your sleep quality has plummeted for some unknown reason. If the mattress appears to be in good condition, an aging or faulty bed frame could be at fault. It’s possible that your outdated bed frame fails to adequately support your new mattress. If you find yourself frequently waking up fatigued or struggle to fall asleep even with a comfortable mattress, then investing in a new bed frame may rectify the situation.
